Department of Water Resources Outreach Workbook

Provided only with copy and limited visuals (e.g. screenshots featured in the appendix and official department logo) from the Department of Water Resources, I was tasked with designing a full layout system for a workbook that includes an outreach plan and strategy for engaging with diverse communities. Considering that there is no official department brand, I needed to create a consistent visual language including colors, fonts, and iconography, ensuring that the workbook has a clear and concise flow. For instance, the interactive icons (“Engage,” “Remember,” “Observe,” etc.) were created solely for this project to give the reader a call-to-action.
